SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

  • Once our system processes your order, the products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses / office. Our endeavor is to make sure the product reaches you within 5-10 business days from the receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery. However, in case of force majeure events or for reasons beyond our control, delivery might get slightly delayed beyond estimated timelines (we disclaim our liability in such cases) and we shall keep the customers updated in case of such events.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package through the website of our delivery partner after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.   • Shipping charges on our products shall be mentioned at the time of checkout. We do free shipping worldwide as given hereunder. The shipping charges wherever applicable are based on basket size. In cases where the basket size becomes voluminous, we charge a nominal fee as oversized packaging charges, to accommodate and safely deliver all the items ordered.
  • Delivery time: Standard - Transit time is 5-10 business days (For orders placed before 11 am between Monday to Saturday, the product shall be processed the same day. For orders placed post 11am, the product shall be processed the following day. Delivery timelines shall be calculated from the day following the order processing day).

Express (only at select locations, please check option at check-out point) - Transit time 2-4 days - additional charges applicable.

Please check if your pin-code is one of the select locations before placing the order for Express deliveries.

Custom charges might be applicable in case of delivery outside India. Customer will be liable to customs charges in such cases.

  • Order deliveries will be made by third-party courier and logistics companies or postal services usually between 10.30 am – 7 pm, Monday – Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday and public holidays shall be processed the next business day.
  • Products will need to be signed for upon delivery, confirming acceptance of the order or by sharing OTP (provided by us or the delivery partner) with the delivery agent. We take no responsibility for products signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
  • Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder (in case of payments made via debit/credit cards), we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. Customers are requested to provide an accurate, complete and valid address and pin code at the time of creating an account to avoid any delays, as we would not be liable if any incorrect address is provided and no refunds may be claimed by the buyer for any delay in delivery of the products, which was caused due to reasons beyond our control.
  • In case the order has not been delivered but is reflecting “Delivered” on the tracker, please highlight it within 24 hours of the due delivery date.
  • The delivery partner will attempt to make the delivery at the shipping address and if there is no one present to take the delivery after making two attempts by the delivery partner, the product may have to be picked up from the delivery partner’s location by the customer. Customer will have to adhere with the delivery partner’s terms and conditions in such cases.
